TICKETS
How do I purchase tickets?
The easiest way to purchase tickets is online via our official Ticketing site. You will need to log in or create your Surrey Ticketing Account in order to purchase tickets.
When will I receive my tickets?
You can access your tickets through your online account: click here to login.
Tickets will be distributed digitally and will be available within approximately four weeks prior to the fixture.
Can I purchase tickets to watch international cricket at The Kia Oval from another website?
The only official source of tickets for Surrey Cricket or England fixtures at The Kia Oval is tickets.surreycricket.com or our authorised ticketing providers.
Any tickets listed for purchase on 3rd party websites such as Viagogo, Stubhub, Safetickets.net, Gumtree, eBay, plus any touts outside the ground are not done with the permission of the England and Wales Cricket Board or Surrey County Cricket Club and are subject to unregulated pricing and break our terms and conditions. We have encountered issues including photoshopped tickets or tickets that have been cancelled but have still been sold via these platforms.
Customers are advised to only purchase tickets via our official Ticketing Website or our authorised ticketing re-sale platform (Ticket Exchange) to avoid disappointment or being refused entry.
If you are found selling tickets on any third party websites, you will be contacted, and any purchased tickets will be cancelled. You may also be blocked from purchasing any further tickets with us, and if applicable, your membership revoked.

How can I secure accessible seating?
Accessible tickets are available to purchase for all fixtures through our official Ticketing site. Should you require a specific assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Ticket Office via email accessibility@surreycricket.com where further information and help will be available.
Do children need a ticket for a match-day?
All children over the age of two will be required to have a valid under 16 match-day ticket. Children under two will be admitted free of charge as long as they remain seated on their guardian’s lap.
I have moved and would like to update my address details. How do I do this?
You can amend your address by logging into your account here and clicking the ‘Your Profile Details’ on the right-hand side under ‘My Account’, ‘Account Settings’. Here you can change your personal details.
I am unable to log into my online account. What should I do?
You may not be able to log-in because you have an old or different email address to the one registered on our system. If you have a new email address and wish to change it, please email tickets@surreycricket.com and a member of the team will be able to support you.
If you cannot remember your password, please click ‘Generate new password‘ button and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.
I wish to upgrade my general admission tickets to a Hospitality experience, how can I do this?
You can contact our Hospitality team via hospitality@kiaoval.com or 0207 820 5699 and a member of our dedicated Hospitality Sales Team will be able to help.
Can I collect my tickets on the day of the match?
Yes. If you are unable to use digital or mobile tickets, then you can request to collect your tickets from the Ticket Office at the Kia Oval. Please email our Member and Supporter Services Team on tickets@surreycricket.com to arrange this.
To collect your tickets, you will be required to produce a form of ID matching the name of the original purchaser.
Do you have a ticket exchange website?
Our official Ticket Exchange site can be found here. Any tickets that have been purchased, and for whatever reason can no longer be utilised, can be listed on our official Ticket Exchange Site. Please note that Ticket Exchange closes 24 hours prior to the start of the match, and any unsold tickets are returned to the original purchaser.

How can I obtain guest vouchers?
Members’ guest vouchers can be obtained for either County Championship or One Day Cup match-days by logging into your Surrey Ticketing Account.
TICKET BALLOT
How can I purchase tickets for 2025 internationals at the Kia Oval?
Priority to purchase general admission tickets for 2025 internationals is for Members of Surrey County Cricket Club from 22 October. All remaining general admission tickets will be made available through the Ticket Ballot.
The ballot for 2025 internationals is now open and successful entrants will be allowed to purchase their allocation following the culmination of our Member windows between the 19 – 29 November.
All remaining tickets for 2025 internationals will be on general sale from Tuesday 3 December.
How can I enter the Ticket Ballot?

How many tickets can I apply for in the Ticket Ballot?
At the point of submission, entrants do not need to specify the number of tickets they would like to purchase. The number of tickets available for successful applicants will be decided following the Members’ priority window.
Does entering the ballot guarantee me tickets for 2025 internationals?
No. The only way to guarantee general admission tickets to 2025 internationals at the Kia Oval is by becoming a Member of Surrey County Cricket Club. Members have priority ahead of anyone else to purchase tickets for all international fixtures at the ground. If you wish to become a Member, or require more information, please click here.
You can also guarantee your seat through one of our Premium Hospitality packages. You can do so by enquiring with our dedicated Sales Team at hospitality@kiaoval.com.
How will I know if my Ticket Ballot application has been submitted successfully?
All Ticket Ballot applicants will receive a confirmation email, which should be retained for your records. If you did not receive the confirmation email, you may not have entered the ballot, however, please be sure to check any junk folders.
Why can't I buy a ticket for internationals in the Micky Stewart Members' Pavilion?
As with all cricket at the Kia Oval, the Micky Stewart Members’ Pavilion is reserved exclusively for Members of Surrey County Cricket Club only. Tickets for internationals are available to Members only.
My email address has changed since entering the Ticket Ballot. How can I update this?
Please make sure that you have access to your email address throughout the entire ballot process as this will be the means in which successful applicants are contacted. If your email address does change in this time, please re-enter the ballot.
If you enter the ballot more than once, only the latest submission will be considered.
What happens if there are tickets still available after the Ticket Ballot?
Any remaining tickets following the Member and Ballot priority windows will be made available for general sale on Tuesday 3 December. Tickets will be available to purchase from our official ticketing site.
I have been successful in the Ticket Ballot, but can not purchase during the dedicated window. What can I do?
If successful, your ballot allocation will be available to you throughout the entire ballot priority window. If you are unable to purchase during the window, there is no guarantee that your allocation will still be available to you following the close of the window.
All remaining tickets will be made available for general sale on Tuesday 3 December.
I have been successful in the Ticket Ballot, but wish to add additional tickets to my order.
No additional tickets will be made available to ballot entrants during their priority window. If you wish to purchase more than your allocation, you will have to try again during general sale.
I am a Member at Surrey, can I enter the Ticket Ballot?
No. All Members will be removed from the Ticket Ballot process and their entry will not be considered valid. Members of Surrey County Cricket Club have priority to purchase international tickets before anyone else, at an exclusive price. If you have maxed out your allocation as a Member, there will be other opportunities throughout the year to purchase additional international tickets in exclusive Members’ Areas.
MEMBERSHIP
What is the benefit of being a Surrey and England Member?
Surrey and England Members have an allocated seat for all International match-days at The Kia Oval. This means that your seat is reserved for you before each International sale, and you can secure a ticket in this seat before anyone else and it is guaranteed for you if you do want to purchase it.

What fixtures are included in my Membership?
Different Membership categories offer different access for Surrey County Cricket Club’s domestic fixtures. A Gold Debenture, Laker Debenture, Surrey and England, County, Surrey 22-25, Surrey 16-21, and Pride of Lions Memberships cover all formats including The Hundred at The Kia Oval. I wish to visit The Kia Oval to select my seat; do I need to book an appointment?
Our Member and Supporter Services Team are based at the Kia Oval and are happy to show you any seats you wish to secure as a Surrey and England Member. We recommend that you call (0203 946 0100) before visiting the Kia Oval on a non-match-day to arrange to view any seats.
If I choose a Surrey and England seat, can I change it in future years?
Yes, of course. Whilst subject to availability, anyone wishing to move their seat will be given the option during the following season’s renewal period. The deadline for 2024 Surrey and England Members to renew their seat for the 2025 season was 27 September 2024.
Can all Members gain access to the Micky Stewart Members’ Pavilion on International match-days?
Whilst the Pavilion remains a facility for all Members to enjoy, it has a capacity which we cannot exceed. On all International fixtures, priority will be given to those Members with seats allocated within the Pavilion, with all other Members being allowed at the Club’s discretion, subject to there being sufficient space.
I am not a Surrey and England Member. Can I select a seat within the Pavilion?
Surrey and England Members always get priority to secure tickets in their seat for all international match-days. Following this, all other Membership categories will be given a window in which to purchase remaining seats in the Pavilion for international fixtures at the Kia Oval.
How can I see a breakdown of what benefits my Membership category allows me?

I was a Surrey County Cricket Club Member for the 2024 season. Is there a deadline to renew for 2025?
The deadline for 2024 Surrey and England Members to renew their seat for the 2025 season was 27 September 2024.There is no deadline to renew all other membership types, however, there are dates by which you may wish to renew by to make the most of your benefits as a member. Members should renew their Membership by 5th November 2024 to ensure they have access to their exclusive international ticket on sale period. To renew your Membership, click here.
Is there a Junior Membership available?
The Pride of Lions Membership is designed especially for cricket fans under the age of 16. Pride of Lions Membership includes access to exclusive events, competitions and entry to all domestic cricket fixtures at The Kia Oval. Members also receive access to the XBOX Family Zone situated on the JM Finn Stand Balcony for all home T20 fixtures. Pride of Lions Membership is just £20.
Can I renew my Membership online?
Yes, all Memberships can be renewed online via the Surrey County Cricket Club website. To renew your Membership, click here.
I pay for my Membership through Direct Debit, when will money be taken for this?
Anyone paying for their Membership through Direct Debit can expect the payment to be taken towards the end of January, if you are paying in one instalment. If your Direct Debit is set to four instalments, you can expect the first payment to be taken at the end of January, with the following payments taken incrementally after this. The exact dates will be shared with all Members prior to the payment being taken.
What are the benefits of paying by Direct Debit and how do I switch?
New Members who wish to pay or switch to paying for their Membership by Direct Debit will receive an initial discount of £10 on their Membership. Once a member is on Direct Debit, the renewal payment will be discounted by £20. If you wish to switch to Direct Debit, please contact the Team on 0203 946 0100.
When will I receive my Membership Card for the season?
All Members will receive a new Membership card prior to each season. You will receive an email from the Club once this has been posted to you.
What do I do if I have lost or misplaced my Membership card?
If Members have lost their Membership card, the Member and Supporter Services Team will be able to provide a replacement for a fee. Please contact the Team at membership@surreycricket.com, to arrange a new Membership card.
How do I refer a new Member to Surrey County Cricket Club?
To refer a new Member to Surrey, please click here. If you successfully renew a new Member, you will be eligible for a £15 discount voucher to use online in the Club Shop, each time.
As a Member, where can I sit on match-days?
For all domestic fixtures, including both Vitality Blast and The Hundred, unreserved seating is in operation in exclusive Members’ Areas. These include the Micky Stewart Members’ Pavilion, Peter May Garden, Lock Balcony, and Laker Balcony.
All areas are subject to availability and you may be directed to other Members’ Areas of the ground should an area reach capacity.
Where do I receive Members' discount on beverages in the ground?
Members’ discount is exclusively available in Members’ Areas. Members’ will receive discounted prices on beverages with bars located in the Micky Stewart Members’ Pavilion, Peter May Garden, Lock Balcony, Laker Balcony.
Please note that for international fixtures the Laker Balcony Bar will not be a member’s priced bar, as this is also available for non-members.
Can I bring a guest into the Pavilion?
Guests are not permitted in the Pavilion for T20s, The Hundred or Internationals fixtures. However, Members may bring up to four guests into the Micky Stewart Members’ Pavilion during County Championship or One-Day Cup fixtures, providing they are always accompanied by the Member.
Are there reciprocal arrangements in place for Surrey Members?
More information on Reciprocal Rights can be found here. Unfortunately there are no reciprocal arrangements for Vitality Blast or The Hundred fixtures.
HOSPITALITY
What is the dress code?
Our dress code is the relaxed side of smart casual. We do not allow ripped jeans, sportswear, or flip flops. Children are free to wear what they are comfortable in.

Are children welcome?
Children are welcome across all our match day hospitality. For international fixtures, children require a full price ticket, whereas for domestic fixtures, junior tickets are available. If you would like to purchase a junior ticket, please contact us at hospitality@kiaoval.com or 020 7820 5699.
This policy does not apply if the child is a babe in arms.
What time does the Hospitality facility close?
Bars will close 30 minutes after the last ball is bowled, however, this is subject to change depending on the format of the game. The facility will close another 30 minutes after that.
Is there parking available for Hospitality guests?
There is no parking available on-site at The Kia Oval.
Is there a cloakroom available for the facilities?
There is limited space in our hospitality facilities, and therefore, we do not have a cloakroom. Personal belongings are left around the facility at the owner’s risk.
Do I need to let you know my dietary requirements?
Yes. If you have any specific dietary requirements, they need to be sent to
hospitality@kiaoval.com at least two weeks prior to the fixture.
Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish or shellfish. While we take steps to minimise risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve.
My deposit is paid, when is the full balance required?
The balance for any larger payments needs to credited to our account 12 weeks prior of the fixture. Tickets will not be available to download until this has been cleared.
Can I purchase additional packages?
Of course. If you are interested in purchasing additional hospitality for this season, or looking ahead to next season, please do not hesitate to contact us on hospitality.kiaoval.com or on 020 7820 5699. Packages are subject to availability.
I have already purchased general admission tickets, can I upgrade to them to hospitality?
You can upgrade your General Admission tickets to Hospitality tickets subject to availability. Please contact one of our team via email at hospitality@kiaoval.com or 020 7820 5699, and we will assist you with your booking.
I have booked, when and how will I get my tickets?
Tickets will be available for you to access digitally 10 days before the fixture. Instructions on how to access these will be sent out closer to the time.
Where is the best place to meet my guests?
If your tickets are in the JM Finn Stand, the best place to meet your guests is at the Burns Gate (Vauxhall End of the ground).
If your tickets are in the Bedser Stand, Montpelier Club, Micky Stewart Members’ Pavilion or Galadari Stand, the best place to meet your guests is at the New Gate (Pavilion End of the ground).
MATCH-DAY
Can I smoke?
There are designated smoking areas around The Kia Oval, located at the back of the stands. Please ask your nearest steward or staff member for directions to any such area. Note: This policy also applies to the use of electronic smoking devices.
Do I need to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone on arrival?
You are not required to print your ticket. You can show the eTicket on your phone, and our stewards will be able to scan you in. For instructions as to how to download your tickets, ahead of visiting The Kia Oval, please click here.
Please note, there is a live fraud-prevention mechanism in place on all tickets for The Kia Oval, and any photographs or screenshots of tickets will not be eligible to gain entry to the ground.
Is there WiFi available?
WiFi is available free of charge at the Kia Oval. Use ‘_The Cloud’ to gain access.
Where is the nearest cash point?
Please note, a cashless system is in place at all outlets and bars. The nearest cashpoint is outside the Post Office on Kennington Road (5-minute walk from The Kia Oval).
Is parking available?
No. Parking is not available on-site at The Kia Oval on match-days. For those who have accessible needs, please contact us at accessibility@kiaoval.com.
I need to cancel my 175 restaurant reservation?
If you need to cancel your restaurant booking, this needs to be done at least two working days prior to your reservation, any cancellations after this time will be a full loss. Please contact us via telephone on 0203 946 0100 to request any cancellations.

What will I see on a Tour?
Our knowledgeable and friendly guides will lead you through the ground, including the Committee Room, Long Room, Honours Boards, Museum, Visitor Dressing Room, Pitch Side, Broadcast Suite, Press Box, and offer you panoramic views of London from the top of the Galadari or JM Finn Stands.
Please note, The Kia Oval is a working cricket ground and as such, some elements of a tour may become unavailable at short notice.
What times are Tours?
Tours run from Wednesday to Sunday at 11am, with Tours at 2pm on some other days. Please see our tour booking page for details.
How big is a Tour group?
For Public and/or Afternoon Tea & Tours, we aim to have no more than 25 in a group.
How long is a Tour?
Public Tours and Afternoon Tea & Tours are scheduled to last 90 minutes. A bespoke Tour is tailored to meet your schedule and requirements.
Do I need to pre-book?
Yes. To avoid disappointment, all Tours must be pre-booked and paid for in advance. If you cannot book online, please email tours@surreycricket.com. A voucher is not a guarantee of a tour place. You must book your space.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. If you wish to cancel your Tour booking, please email tours@surreycricket.com. Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the commencement of your Tour.
Afternoon Tea & Tour bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the commencement of your Tour. We are unable to alter arrangements after this.
Can I specify dietary requirements or allergies for an Afternoon Tea & Tour?
Yes. We will ask if you have any allergies or dietary requirements for your Afternoon Tea. Once Tea is confirmed we cannot cancel arrangements. Please be aware our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Whilst we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve.
When should I arrive for my Tour?
Please arrive 15 – 30 minutes prior to the start of your Tour. Please note you will not be permitted to enter the ground until 30 minutes prior to the commencement of your Tour. For Afternoon Tea & Tours, gates open one hour before start of play. Please note latecomers may be refused admission.
Where can I sit in the ground on a match-day Tour?
Afternoon Tea & Tour visitors will be issued with Pavilion Passes, meaning all areas of the ground are available and visitors can spend extra time in the Museum if they wish.
Can I take photographs or film the Tour?
Photography is permitted in all parts of the ground, however flash photography is not permitted in the Museum. You can take film inside the ground however filming the Tour or the Tour Guide is not permitted.
Is there anywhere to leave luggage?
No. Only small handbags and rucksacks will be allowed to be taken on a Tour. There are no locker or luggage storage facilities available at the ground.
Is there a dress code?
Surrey CCC reserves the right to refuse entry to a Tour to any person who is dressed inappropriately. For Afternoon Tea & Tours, please dress for a day at the cricket, but also for Tea in the restaurant.
How do I get to the ground?
Entrance to the ground is through the John Edrich Gate for Public tours (or Jack Hobbs Gate or Alec Stewart Gate for match day tours), The John Edrich and Jack Hobbs Gates are at the Pavilion end of the ground (closest tube is Oval). The Alec Stewart Gate is at the Vauxhall end of the ground (closest tube and overground is Vauxhall).
Are the Tours wheelchair accessible?
Yes. There are lifts to each area of the Tour. Please email tours@surreycricket.com before your Tour if you have any accessibility needs.
Can I park at The Kia Oval?
No. There are no parking facilities available at the ground unless you are a blue badge holder, in which please email accessibility@surreycricket.com to ask if there is space available.
Do you accept cash?
No. The Kia Oval is a cashless ground.
